These terms establish the online transaction agreement between Dibinos (hereinafter referred to as "Dibinos") and the user of this website (hereinafter referred to as "you"). Placing an Order and Making Payment, Submitting an Order
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from the website at prices as shown on the website.
Payment must be completed upon submission of the order. Payment methods are limited to Visa and MasterCard. You warrant that you are the authorized user of the credit card used to complete the payment.
All orders submitted through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Dibinos. We will send you an order confirmation via email. Dibinos reserves the right to refuse your order for any reason and to refund any payments made before shipment.
Order payments must be made in full immediately upon the agreement taking effect. All transactions are settled in US dollars. If you are ordering from outside Hong Kong and your bank account or credit card uses another currency, you can still place an order using your credit card—your currency will be automatically converted to US dollars upon completion of the transaction. Exchange rates fluctuate daily. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee; please consult your bank or credit card issuer for details. Some pages on the website will display estimated prices in your local currency. These converted prices are for informational purposes only and are intended to help you understand the approximate price of the product; the actual amount may differ from the amount shown on your credit card statement. Final charges will be settled in US dollars, and the final exchange rate is determined by your bank or credit card issuer. Therefore, we are not responsible for the final amount charged to your credit card.
If prices on this website change or are incorrect, Dibinos may adjust prices without prior notice to you. If Dibinos requires you to pay the increased price, you may cancel your order. You must notify us of your wish to cancel your order within seven (7) days of the price increase notice being posted.
No Resale
Dibinos reserves the right to limit the quantity of products sold at its sole discretion. A condition of this agreement is that you may not purchase any product for commercial purposes, including for commercial use (such as use, sale, or supply). This includes not using our products to advertise or promote your own goods or services without our prior written consent. Customers interested in becoming Dibinos product resellers must contact Dibinos directly. We will then inform you of the options for purchasing bulk products.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid only on the Dibinos website. Gift cards cannot be used at any Dibinos retailer. Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Unfortunately, Dibinos is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.
When using a gift card, you may still need to enter your credit card information to verify your purchase. If your gift card balance is sufficient to cover the full amount of your order, no charge will be deducted from your credit card.
Promotional Codes
Dibinos periodically offers special deals, which you can enjoy using our promotional codes. To use these promotional codes, you must enter the code in the designated area during checkout and then click the "Apply" button. The promotional amount will be automatically applied to your order. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per transaction. Unless otherwise stated, each promotional code can only be used once per customer.
Return Policy
All sales are subject to our return policy.
Defective Product Handling Policy
Every product we ship undergoes initial quality control. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a refund in accordance with Hong Kong consumer law or similar laws and regulations. Please see our return policy for details. Please note that wear and tear during normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

If Dibinos becomes liable for breach of any mandatory warranty, implied warranty, or representation, its liability shall be limited to (at its sole discretion) replacing or providing an equivalent product, repairing the product, or paying for the replacement or repair. We will use all reasonable efforts (to the best of our ability) to secure your order and payment information; however, we shall not be liable for any loss resulting from any unauthorized access by any third party to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website, except as caused by our negligence.

Restricted Countries
Due to international regulations and compliance requirements, we do not accept orders or process payments from the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, North Korea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen. Any orders from these countries will be automatically cancelled, and payments (if any) will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
Termination Terms
Dibinos reserves the right to terminate this agreement to supply you with products at any time, even before the products have been shipped to you. Dibinos shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or damages arising from the termination of this agreement.
If Dibinos has not delivered the products to you prior to termination of this Agreement, Dibinos will refund all payments made by you prior to termination.
If you breach any provision of this Agreement, Dibinos may immediately terminate your agreement to use this website without prior notice.
Full Agreement
This Sales and Website Use Terms Agreement, together with other policies on this website, constitutes the entire agreement between us.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts thereunder.
Severability
If any provision or any part of this Agreement is illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that provision or part shall be deemed to be deleted from this Agreement, but the remaining parts of this Agreement shall not be affected.
